Privacy policy

This policy explains Plumilo’s app data, website analytics, and how parents can contact us about privacy.

Who we are

Plumilo is published by itWorksinUA, based in Kyiv, Ukraine. This policy covers the standard Plumilo mobile app, its website at itworks.in.ua/plumilo/, and messages you send to us. For privacy questions, contact development@itworks.in.ua.

The mobile app

Plumilo runs its play activities on your device and does not require an account or ask for a child’s name or age. It has no advertising, in-app purchases, or social features. Sound and sensory preferences are not sent to us.

The app does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or precise location. Touch interactions are processed on the device to run the activities.

Sound, reduced-motion, and picture-reference preferences are saved in local device storage so the app can remember them. They stay there until you remove or reset the app’s data. Your operating system may include app settings in device backups or restore them after reinstallation; manage those copies through your device’s backup controls.

iPhone and iPad app

The iOS app has no analytics or third-party crash reporting. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are not included in the iPhone and iPad release. The app does not send gameplay, installation identifiers, location, or device information to us or to Firebase. Its activities and preferences remain on the device.

Parents can read an offline privacy page inside the app. Opening the full website policy requires passing a parent check. If a parent chooses to visit the website, the separate website practices below apply.

Android analytics and crash reports

The Android app uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics automatically. These services are part of the Android app and do not have an in-app opt-in or opt-out switch. They help us understand use of the playrooms, detect crashes, and improve stability.

We do not set a user ID, send names, age, health information, pictures, free-form input, or sensory/filter preferences to these services. Advertising identifier collection and advertising personalization are disabled. Installation identifiers can distinguish installations; this data is not described as anonymous.

Google processes this information to provide Analytics and Crashlytics and may process it outside your country. See Firebase privacy and security and Google’s privacy policy.

Children’s privacy

Plumilo is designed for young children with their parents or caregivers. The Android app’s automatic analytics and crash reporting process the technical information described above, including installation identifiers. The iPhone and iPad app does not include those services or transmit that information. We do not ask children to provide identifying details, build named child profiles, or use their information for advertising. The website and support contact are intended for adults.

Please avoid sending a child’s name, photographs, health information, or other identifying details in a support message. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and remove it.

This website and analytics

The landing page uses Google Analytics automatically when you visit the production website. There is no in-page analytics opt-in or opt-out. There are no advertising trackers or marketing forms on the Plumilo pages.

Website analytics help us understand visits and which playroom previews visitors choose. They record page views, changed preview selections, navigation to itWorksinUA Games, and clicks on store links when those links become available. Website analytics do not receive app gameplay, child profiles, names, or support messages.

Google processes browser and device information, page and referral information, approximate location, and cookie-based identifiers for these website statistics. The website’s Analytics configuration disables Google signals and advertising personalization. Google may process information outside your country. See Google’s privacy policy and Google Analytics data safeguards.

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish visits and sessions. You can block or remove cookies through your browser settings. Removing cookies does not automatically delete information already received by Google. You can also use Google’s browser opt-out add-on where supported.

This privacy-policy page does not load Google Analytics. Other pages on the main itWorksinUA website have their own analytics configuration.

Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, requested page, time, and browser details, to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. This is separate from Google Analytics.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, resolve the issue, or handle a privacy request. Our email provider processes messages to deliver and store that correspondence. Please share only what is needed for your question.

Sharing, security, and retention

Our Google Analytics account has the Google products and services data-sharing option enabled. In addition to providing Analytics, Google may use Analytics information from our Android app and website to improve its products and services and acts as an independent controller for that use. See Google Analytics data-sharing settings and Google’s privacy policy for details.

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Website hosting, email, and Google analytics/diagnostics providers process the information described in this policy to provide their services. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.

The website uses HTTPS. Local app settings use the operating system’s app storage protections. We limit our use of support messages to the people handling the request.

Local preferences remain under your device’s control. We keep support correspondence while needed to handle your request and related follow-up, then remove it when no longer needed, unless retention is required by law. Hosting security records are retained for operational and security needs under the hosting service’s policies. Analytics information is retained under the Google Analytics property’s retention settings; aggregate reports may remain longer.

Firebase states that Crashlytics retains crash traces, extracted crash data, and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems. See its retention information. Contact us for information about applicable retention settings or to request deletion of information we hold.

Your choices and requests

You can clear the app’s local data, manage operating-system backups, use browser cookie controls, and choose what to include in support emails. The app does not offer a switch to disable Analytics or Crashlytics; you can stop future app collection by stopping use or uninstalling it. Removing the app or browser cookies does not automatically erase reports already received by Google. The landing page does not offer an analytics toggle.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal information, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. Email development@itworks.in.ua with your request. We may ask for enough information to locate a record and verify the request. We cannot identify a child or installation from locally stored game preferences that we have never received.

Changes and contact

We will update this page and its date when our practices change.
