Orbital Empire Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 24, 2026
Orbital Empire is a single-player space strategy board game by IT Works in UA. This policy explains the information practices for the game, its web version, and its official landing pages.
Information and Analytics
The game does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise location. The game uses Google Firebase Analytics, and the official landing pages use Google Analytics, to measure basic use. This can include app or page opens, gameplay or landing-page interactions, language, browser or device type, operating system, and game or app version. Google may also process service identifiers, such as a Firebase installation identifier or web cookies and similar technologies, and technical network information such as an IP address or an approximate region derived from it.
How We Use and Share Information
We use this information to understand whether the early-access game opens reliably, whether players return, and where usability or game balance may need improvement. The web game, iOS app, Android app, and landing site use separate measurement streams so their aggregate performance can be understood independently. Analytics data is processed by Google and Firebase under their applicable terms and privacy practices. We do not sell personal information and do not use Orbital Empire for cross-app or interest-based advertising tracking.

Local Saves, Retention, and Your Choices
Game progress is stored locally on your device or in your browser. Clearing browser data or deleting the app may remove your saved game. We do not provide accounts or server-side game-save storage. Local saves remain on your device until you delete the app or clear its storage. Analytics data is retained according to Google and Firebase service settings and policies. Browser controls can clear or block web cookies and similar storage. If privacy law in your location gives you rights to request access, deletion, or other information about data, contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Crash Reports, Children, and Changes
Orbital Empire does not currently send crash reports through Firebase Crashlytics or another dedicated crash-reporting service. If that changes, we will update this policy before or with the relevant release. Orbital Empire is a general-audience game, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We may also update this policy when the game or its services change; the effective date at the top identifies the current version.
